Book / Enquire
Begin your Mae On stay
Check availability, choose a villa, enquire about both villas, request a massage, or ask about a long stay. The host confirms dates and the amount in writing.
How would you like to begin?
Massage requests should go to an enquiry form, not instant confirmation, because time, number of guests, massage type, price, and therapist availability must be confirmed first.
After your request
Help the host prepare your arrival
Optional — three quick choices plus anything you want the host to know. This does not confirm your stay and is not instant checkout. The host still confirms dates and the amount in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Topics come from the project brief. Answers state only what the brief supports; unpublished host policy is labelled as such rather than invented.
Check-in and check-out
Exact check-in and check-out times are not in the project brief. They will be confirmed when you book or enquire.
Minimum stay and seasonal rates
Minimum stay and seasonal rates are unpublished here. The host will confirm them for your dates, including any long-stay pricing for 30, 60, or 90 nights if that can be offered reliably.
Deposit and cancellation policy
Deposit and cancellation terms are not in the PDF brief. The host will state them in writing when they quote your stay request.
Airport transfer and transport
Transport or driver recommendations may be discussed for longer stays when they can be offered reliably. Airport transfer is not published as an included service.
Wi-Fi and remote working
Lake View Villa is described as comfortable for remote work and longer stays, with open living and a fully equipped home. Specific Wi-Fi speed is unpublished — ask if a working connection is essential.
Children and pool safety
Garden Pool Villa has a private pool. Children are welcome as a family or group subject to the host’s house rules. Pool safety, supervision, and any age guidance are unpublished here and must be confirmed with the host. There is no lifeguard implied.
Parking
Parking arrangements are not specified in the brief. Ask when you enquire if you will arrive by car.
Private massage requests
In-villa massage is available with at least 24 hours’ notice and subject to therapist availability. Requests go through this form, not instant checkout.
Thermal-water bathing
Natural thermal spring water is part of the stay: a private outdoor onsen at Lake View Villa, and thermal water in showers and baths of both villas. This is presented as relaxation and comfort, not as a medical treatment.
Booking both villas
Both villas may be reserved together for families and groups, subject to availability.
Grocery shopping and dining nearby
Mae On has local food, cafes, and farms. Grocery and local-market guidance may be offered for longer stays when it can be done reliably. Specific shops and restaurants are not named here as if they were verified partners.
